VineSpring is looking for great people to join our team. We're a remote work force (all based in the US) dedicated to building the best eCommerce software for the subscription economy and looking for others to help get us there.
Founded in 2011, VineSpring built its reputation solving eCommerce problems for small, highly allocated US wineries. In 2017, VineSpring not only expanded the platform to handle the more complex problems of the medium to large winery segment, but also expanded into the brewery market to help with membership and allocation based sales models. VineSpring is passionate about solving complex problems with simple solutions.
Senior Account Executive
The Sr. Account Executive role at VineSpring is instrumental to the success of the organization. You will be responsible for creating and managing a pipeline of leads, consulting prospects on how to best leverage VineSpring’s product, and closing new business to drive recurring revenue. Ideally you are ambitious, thrive in a remote working environment and have a strong desire to impact the success of the company.

Meet or exceed monthly/annual sales goals
Create a sales pipeline from outbound efforts (including but not limited attending trade shows, account based prospecting, and networking events, and more)
Leverage strong skills to proactively manage deals through the pipeline, from prospecting to close
Utilize HubSpot to manage day-to-day activity, record communications and meetings with prospects, and enable accurate pipeline reports and forecasts
Be a VineSpring subject matter expert: Fully understand the use cases of our customers, the competitive landscape, and how VineSpring provides business value to customers
Communicate VineSpring’s vision and solution through product demos and a consultative selling approach
Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy
3+ years of full-cycle sales experience for a SaaS company, with a proven track record of success
Understanding of the beverage alcohol industry and experience working with producers
Experience developing and executing tactical sales plans and account objectives
Self-starter with a passion for building relationships and consultative selling
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, remote environment
Impeccable time management skills
4-year college degree preferred
