VineSpring 3-Minute Challenge: Allocations Part II

VineSpring co-founder, Chris Towt, and I are back with part two of our 3-Minute Allocation Challenge. In this continuation of Allocations Part I, we focus on the customer experience and how the administrator completes the process including granting additional requests.

Continuing the Allocation Theme

Allocations are offerings to customers to participate in special one-off purchases or as the primary sales method for your winery. Once you issue your allocation, customers are able to come in and select what they want, purchase and request additional bottles if they become available (wishlisting).

Using VineSpring, your administrator can view the amount of available inventory and decide how much inventory to make available to each customer tier. We make it easy to view and grant customer wishes and send auto-emails once orders are processed and additional wishes are granted.
